Are Coins refundable?

Coins may be used within the GoEzy app to cover carpool Chip-Ins and may be redeemed for gift cards within the Wallet feature. Unused Coins purchased by the user are not eligible for refunds. Once Coins have been spent or redeemed, they will be subtracted from your account and cannot be refunded or returned. Any exceptions to these policies are at the sole discretion of GoEzy.
