Why can’t I find a carpool match?

We find carpool matches by searching your carpooling groups for other members generally heading the same direction at the same time. Sometimes there might not be anyone with a similar trip scheduled, but don’t worry, we’ll keep searching for a match as people schedule additional trips.

You can increase your potential matches by joining more carpooling groups or inviting your personal contacts to join one of your existing groups!
